XLB Madness

XLB Buffet at Holland V CJ was awesome. It wasn't only a xlb buffet. They had steamboat, char siew baos and desserts. It was a calorie-laden night, that's for sure. There wasn't much conversation. Everybody was just preoccupied with stuffing these mini soupy delights into our mouths. Although towards the end, it got kindof gelak. But still, I think I will go back. The service was impeccable.

What's bad: The xlb was somewhat lacklustre towards the end, with too much flour at the top. The waitresses are very afraid that we will waste their food and will urge us not to order so much. The desserts are nothing to shout about. You will be charged $1.80 per napkin so if you wanna save money, return the napkins and bring your own wet tissues. You will need them when you pluck the shells of those tasty, complementary freshwater prawns they give you.
