Journey to the Centre of the Earth

Watched Journey to the Centre of the Earth yesterday with JW and weijun on JW's free Cathay tickets (and that's the last of them; pity). I liked it so much better than the mummy. Although I did wished there were more animals in the centre of the earth, apart from trexs and glow birds and piranhas and loch ness monster lookalikes. Haha. I give it 4/5 stars. =)

Then the three of us went shopping. Felt like I had 2 bodyguards. Haha. But I bought shoes; heels; i was in a bimbo mood. =) Very belated birthday present from my little bro. Thanks, wj. We saw a uber cute mini mj set which had its own customised table. And you could make the peng peng sounds with it (cuz what's mj without the sound of the tiles? No feeling ahz!). It was the cutest cutest thing. But it costed $108, at Pandora's Box in Cine. =( I think it's not very worth, but oh, to be able to MJ on the size of a scrabble board. Sigh... It was nice bringing wj out though and I'm glad that the mood wasn't that awkward. Boring sometimes (because only I seem to be shopping), but not weird. Thanks, jw.

After that we went for dinner with the parents at Ichiban Sushi, where we spent a hellueva money. Cuz JW and me won an $80 voucher. Whoohoo! And thinking that we had a lot of money, we ordered like a lot (but we managed to finish it lehz. I think the over ordering of sashimi did us in). But I had a good time.

I'm sorry I didn't go Mediacorp to catch tuzi though. =( sorry joyce. I did vote and I did catch some of your performance. And I'm very happy that you made it into the next round. People, vote for tuzi!
