I want my hair to be cut by a razer
I love lazy weekends, brunch and tea...
Did you know that TWG stands for "The Wellness Group"? I thought it meant "The World's Greatest". Haha.
Two cups of chocolate tea, which is black tea infused with chocolate. Smells like chocolate. Tastes like black tea. I think I prefer lighter, fruitier teas though.
Our orders - Finger sandwiches; Foie gras (first time eating, not sure if I like it), Salmon and chicken. And my favorite scones with jelly (good enough to eat on its own) and cream. And lamb stew, which was a little smelly, but the sauce goes well with the bun given.
Unhappy JW cuz we waited more than half an hour for TWG.
Dinner at Marmalade Pantry. Only reason my hair is straight and ponky is cuz it got styled by a hairstylist. Went for a beeconomic treatment thing. Don't think the treatment is worth $60 much less $200. Shall just pretend that my hair feels softer. The hairstylist told me not to cut my hair with a razor blade anymore. Cuz it will go flat. But I kindof want my hair to be flat. I don't want volume anymore. I just want straight simple neat hair.
Mango Lassi and Chocolate Banana Shake
My omelette with spinach, tomatoes and mushroom. Jw pointing to the sunbaked tomato that is originally his but became mine.
JW's everything with eggs set. Finger pointing to where the sunbaked tomato was supposed to be.
Oh, JW cut his hair too btw. He doesn't like it. Says it's not different enough. I'm resigned to similar hairstyles forever due to my stupid hair texture.
This morning I woke up bright and early for Pilates at East Coast Beach - part of Break a Record for Rheumatoid Arthritis, sponsored by Abbott. Thanks, Min for joining me. Though Pilates was a low-impact thing and the overall session only took 40 minutes, I still broke into a sweat. Met Yvonne and a bunch of edelman people after who knows how long. Feel abit inspired to stretch more and stuff and maybe sign up for lessons. Cheap lessons. Or watch youtube videos and replicate on my own mat. Very excited that maybe, just maybe Min and me will plan to go NY next April. Yay! I wanna celebrate my birthday in NY. Hui, please come celebrate too. Had a light lunch at Ichiban Boshi. Love the sushi and small stuffs menu to bits. Though I was damn tired from having to wake up at 730am today, it felt good that the day is only half gone and I'm glad I spent it breaking into a sweat. Should do this more often. It's great that I don't feel the pre-Monday blues yet.
