Happy Birthday Hui Qun!

Met up with WJ to buy Qun's Awfully Chocolate birthday cake. :)

And then we headed down to Bugis Junction for Jap at MOF. Like Jessie says, we (HQ, JJ, WJ, YL & Jessie) somehow always go Jap. Ate ramen. Had a huge ass slice of Awfully Chocolate cake. After lunch, went to queue for Koi with YL and WJ. We even managed to squeeze in time for the temple before I headed to Holland V for Nae's Hari Raya Open House. Had a light meal of lontong and curry chicken and a slice of mango cake. Yums. Light cuz I was too full up from Koi.

I think even if there are awkward silences at times, there is always much cheer and laughter at such meet-ups and even if we do nothing but sit, eat, drink and talk, it's a form of communicating - which is important to me. Brings me away from the monotony of work.
