Korea 29th - 30th June

For Korean class on Monday, Kim Sang Sae Nim (teacher) brought two hanboks (Korean traditional dress) for us to try. It was also an attempt for us to learn what the different parts of the hanbok were called.

Yew Leong trying on the pants.

Grace trying on the hanbok.

Because there was only one guy in our class, Yew Leong got to have 11 wives. Haha. For pictures of me in the hanbok, please refer to my FB.

And then after class, we went for coffee in one of Busan's coffee houses, Coffea Coffee. There are numerous coffee houses in Korea, like those in Ka Fei Wang Zi. Hee Hee.

These are the merchandise sold at Coffea Coffee.

The coffee shop owner probably pitied us when we tried to order drinks in our broken Korean and gave us Coffea Coffee pencils.

From yesterday. 1 faceshop mask, 1 sample, 1 free pencil, 1 jumper. =)

And then we had the chance try the full hanbok again during tea ceremony class.

In full dress. It's hot. Me & Haeli.

Qin xin and me. The only two short hair girls. Long hair girls got to have something tied to their braid. =( One of the few times I want long hair.

Charissa and me.

The table with the traditional setting and Korean snacks.

A demonstration of a tea ceremony. Takes forever to serve a good cup of tea.

The guys practising their bowing.

I bowed super a lot of times. It's difficult to do such things gracefully in such a long skirt.
